is seeking ...

The great German Catholic Roman Catholic and the voice of German Culture in the 21st Century. If I'm through the catalog pages click the Herder publishing house, when I look at Faz or pearl: Where are they? Where should I look? What or whom shall I read?

Martin Mosebach? Heinrich Böll? Hmmm.

And who writes books such as Peter Kreeft and Scott Hahn of the German-speaking area and in the context of its history and sensibilities? Where are the voices and writers who tell of (orthodox) Catholic view, stories that explain life; cathartic and disenchant simultaneously enchanted by new anchorage in the Christian world view? Where are the intellectual author of a Catholic renaissance in Germany? I only know one thing and this is now the voice of the entire Holy and Apostolic Church - Pope Benedict. Just read his times in the previous article quoted passage on Horkheimer and Adorno. But he is the only one - and also by public officials and at best an indirect role? Can anyone help me?

passing mention yet what to do even more worried than Objective: The absence of the intellectual density and infrastructure? And an even more difficult but simmering question is: Is there still here also a kind of infrastructure gap? For example, between what is sitting on theological and philosophical faculties? What is between the mass media culture kommerzialisertem operation (often embellished esoteric) and traded dusty stale ideas in the marketplace of ideas?

And - admittedly a risky parallel from a related but only marginally more relevant area - is not the same as that gap that exists between bishops as our pastoral of Galen and today?
