The NGZ reported that a judge Neuss has the AG filed suit against his retirement and lost in the VG Dusseldorf. He wanted two more years until the age of 67 Age to continue working.
State officials in North Rhine-Westphalia at the request their service time extended accordingly. An identical scheme exists for the judge not. Evil tongues say that this was because the government feared that mainly could make the most well-paid chief justice of the extension use. ;-)
Well, I've always enjoyed going into the courtroom of the affected judge who has annoyed his stoic silence many parties and lawyers likely. I liked that.
