One client at the reception: "Hi, I have an appointment, but forgot the name of the lawyer." The employee
helpful: "What's it going, we find already the right RA."
answer: "For a case!"
I admit openly I can not collect, but in my room burst out loud. Possible answers shot through my head: "That's a coincidence, since you are now the first hard to believe ....."
Fortunately, the client does not belong to my laughter, and of course the well-trained staff was completely serious. The right person could be found as well.
And now the realization: Most people get nervous in the office because they know no such thing and then say things they would never say otherwise. It must be noted when describing the client takes on the case.
also would be helpful the computer at the reception always boot. Then one could in fact find the name of the client in the calendar. Self-criticism does not hurt.
